We are super happy to now be able to offer Fernwood Treefern fiber to our Australian customers. It's a product we really believe in. It's sustainable, long lasting and has amazing moisture retention. We go through bag loads of it in our own greenhouse so it makes sense to offer it to you guys. It's great for your potting mix, or and a stand alone mix in either pots, supports, or both.

Fernwood Soft Tree Fern Substrate is made from a native New Zealand Tree Fern and is soft, spongy and has fantastic moisture holding abilities. It is an excellent growing substrate for many different plant types including epiphytes, orchids, and ferns.

It has the ability to retain moisture for a long period of time without bogging and encourages healthy growth. It is also an excellent hydroponic substrate.

All Fernwood Products are manufactured from New Zealand Tree Fern which is sustainably harvested from privately owned forests.

All express postage orders ship for a low flat rate of $18! All plants will be shipped in their pots to reduce any extra stress during transit.

Standard delivery is available on select accessories for $13.

Orders placed before 8am Sunday morning will be shipped the coming Monday (to ensure your plant babies spend as little time as possible in transit) and will usually arrive within 1-4 business days (depending on location). All orders placed after 8am Sunday will be shipped the Monday after.

Local delivery is available for anyone within a 15km radius of Rosebery, 2018. Delivery starts from just $5, and any orders over $60 will receive free local delivery! This option will only appear at checkout if you are within our local delivery zone.

Local orders will be hand delivered every Thursday between 9am-6pm.

On the rare chance that your plant looks like it was damaged in the delivery process please email us some photos within 48 hours of delivery. If we can replace your baby, we will. Otherwise, we will provide a refund.

If your plant looks like it has wilted over the delivery process, we recommend giving it some water straight away - this should perk it right back up.
