HOW DO YOU POST PLANTS??
We take a great amount of care when packaging our plants! Every plant will be sent in it's pot, safely secured in a box, and wrapped in wet paper towel to ensure it doesn't dry out over delivery. We also send every order via express services to ensure your new plants spend as little time in transit as possible. I know it sounds a little odd.. but trust me.. it's possible and it works!

HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?
All express postage orders ship for a low flat rate of $20. Order 1 plant or order 10, you'll pay the same delivery fee!
Standard delivery is available on select accessories for just $13.
WHY WOULD I WANT MY PLANTS SENT IN THEIR POTS?
We've found that delivering plants in their pots can reduce the risk of dehydration and shock during transit. This means that your plant won't be put under any unnecessary stress during the delivery process. Sending plants in their pots also means A LOT less work for you! Just unpack your babies and they are ready to sit in their new home (no repotting necessary!).
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
At the moment More Plants can deliver to anywhere in NSW, QLD, ACT, SA, VIC. More Plants can also deliver to WA, TAS and NT through an approved third party concierge (Home of Houseplants or Rare Plants Nursery). Please contact your concierge prior to placing your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed before 8am Sunday morning will be shipped the coming Monday (to ensure your plant babies spend as little time as possible in transit) and will usually arrive within 1-4 business days (depending on location). All orders placed after 8am Sunday will be shipped the Monday after.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In most cases our plants will be shipped with Australia post. In some cases we may use an alternate courier service. You will be updated with tracking information once your order has shipped, so you know exactly when to expect your new goodies!
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?
Yes! If you have placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet, please get in contact with us and we will be happy to refund your second delivery fee. Alternatively, if you are in Sydney and want to add to your order, select pick up at checkout and include your previous order number in the delivery instructions. We will then ship all your new babies together.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PLANT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
On the rare chance that your plant looks like it was damaged in the delivery process please email us some photos within 48 hours of delivery. If we can replace your baby, we will. Otherwise, we can provide a refund. If your plant looks like it has wilted over the delivery process, we recommend giving it some water straight away - this should perk it right back up.
HOW DOES LOCAL DELIVERY WORK?
Local delivery is available for anyone within a 15km radius of Rosebery, 2018. Delivery starts from just $5, and any orders over $60 will receive free local delivery! Local orders will be hand delivered every Thursday between 9am-6pm. We will confirm your delivery date via email the night before delivery.
CAN I PICK UP MY PLANT?
Yes! When placing an order there is an option to pick up your new baby from our store in Rosebery (if you are in the Sydney metro area). If you select this option at checkout, you will be notified once your order is ready to collect. Generally all orders will be available for next business day collection.
CAN I SEND A PLANT AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can! We will even include a hand written note with your order, just leave your message in the delivery notes and we'll do the rest. If your gift is going to the Sydney metro area and you would like your plant delivered on a certain day or in one of our pots, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
WHY DOES MY PLANT LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT TO THE PICTURE ONLINE?
Although we do our best to provide you with a plant that looks exactly the same as the one pictured online - all plants are different and come with their own quirks. Although these quirks will be small, it is always good to keep this in mind when ordering your new baby!
DOES MORE PLANTS KEEP WAITING LISTS OR TAKE PREORDERS?
Unfortunately, due to the amount of requests we receive we are not able to keep waiting lists or take preorders at this stage.
DOES MORE PLANTS SUPPLY WHOLESALE?
While we don't supply to the wholesale/trade market, we are able to offer discounts to customers who are looking at placing large orders. Contact us for more information.
