STOCK & AVAILABILITY
All stock will be shown exclusively on www.moreplants.com.au. Due to the individuality of each plant, plants received may vary slightly to product images shown on More Plants.
Some items may be available in limited quantities and will update to show 'out of stock' once item quantities have been exhausted.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. More plants reserves the right to update or amend pricing and costs at any time.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Payment will need to be finalised before purchased goods can be shipped.
More Plants accepts payment via American Express, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Shopify Payments and Afterpay.
PLACING AN ORDER
For prompt delivery please ensure all orders are placed before 1pm Sunday afternoon for next week delivery. By purchasing from More Plants you acknowledge that orders may be held back or delayed (to the following Monday) to ensure you receive your purchase in the best condition possible.
Upon placing an order you should receive a confirmation email of your purchase. If for some reason you do not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All customers will be issued with a tax invoice.
Please note More Plants retains the right to refuse service to anyone at any point in time.
While More plants will do it's best to meet customers delivery needs, we cannot guarantee delivery times. By purchasing from More Plants you acknowledge that requests after purchase to deliver items on specific days or times may not be met.
If for some reason our usual delivery method is not available, More Plants reserves the right to alter the delivery method to an alternate option.
More Plants will not take responsibility for parcels that have been lost or stolen if authority to leave has been requested.
More Plants will not take responsibility for third parties that do not follow customer delivery instructions. To avoid any issues, we recommend having someone there to accept your delivery and to unpack your new baby right away!
RETURNS & REFUNDS
On the rare chance that your plant looks like it was damaged in the delivery process please email us some photos within 48 hours of delivery. If we can replace your baby, we will. Otherwise, we can provide a refund.
If your plant looks like it has wilted over the delivery process, we recommend giving it some water straight away - this should perk it right back up.
Please note More Plants will not be held liable for any damage (or deteriorating conditions) caused to your plant if it spends a prolonged period awaiting collection from a collection point. It is the customers responsibility to either make sure someone is home to accept delivery, request authority to leave, or pick up your new baby from the collection point as soon as possible. Although we take great care in packaging our plants, the less time they spend packaged, the better.
More Plants will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct contact and delivery details are supplied. If you need to change your delivery details please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change them before delivery.
We want you to love your new plant baby as much as we do - if for some reason you don't please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do our very best to make it right!
HEALTH & SAFETY
Customers should be aware that most houseplants are toxic to animals and humans. Although More Plants may provide information on which plants are known to be toxic to pets, this information should be used as a guide only. Please consult your vet or the RSPCA for more information. More Plants will not be held responsible for any illness or injury caused from interaction with a plant.
PRIVACY & INFORMATION
Your privacy is very important to us at More Plants. By purchasing via www.moreplants.com.au you acknowledge that More Plants requires some information to ensure items will be delivered to the correct customer. This includes but is not limited to; your name, contact details, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Your information will not be shared or sold. This information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Payment information will not be saved after the payment of an item.
There are instances in which contact and delivery details will be passed on to third parties in order to complete the customers order. This includes delivery services and couriers who will be hired to deliver your goods. These companies are reputable and maintain their own high standards of privacy. By purchasing with More Plants you acknowledge that your contact and delivery details may need to passed on to deliver your goods promptly and securely.
If you agree to provide your email address or phone number to More Plants you will be contacted via these details to confirm your order and delivery details. If you agree to provide your phone number with a submission of query, you may be contacted via this phone number. If you agree to subscribe to updates you will occasionally be emailed current offers and updates relating to More Plants only.
If you wish to create an account with More Plants you are acknowledging that your contact and shipping details may be retained to aid a faster check out. This information will be encrypted before being passed over to our web server.
